Tentatively Reached Agreement with CAGNY

Message from the Business Manager.

We have tentatively reached an agreement with the Concrete Association, CAGNY and Wall & Ceiling. It's a four year agreement of approximately 11.5%. The details and breakdown will happen at the June 26th union meeting. We still have to complete negotiations with ABMC.
